With 20 years of experience, I specialise in anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disordered behaviour, and chronic health conditions. 

My holistic approach combines mindfulness-based practices and evidence-based interventions, ensuring comprehensive care. With a background in nutrition and personal training, I really focus on addressing lifestyle factors.
